Their daughter, Margaret Emily Allen nee Webb (1921-1992), known as "Peg", emigrated to New Zealand in 1974 and this photo comes from her family. Phyllis Marjorie Brown nee Gates (1908-1996), daughter of Emily Frances, said that she and Margaret Emily "grew up together" in Gravesend. |
